hd_smoochfest has begun!
It’s that time of year again. hd_smoochfest has started posting. There will be a couple of fics/art posted every day for a month for you to enjoy!

Desire Unveiled by frayach
Harry is emphatically NOT a pouf, and thus his reoccurring fantasies involving Draco are due to his Occlumency lessons with Snape, NOT to his sexuality. Or so he tries to convince himself. Meanwhile, Voldemort has returned, and Harry is about to learn that he is the Chosen One – whether he’s ready or not.
Personal Comment: Not many people can successfully write a believable pre-war Drarry fic. But the author manages to pull it off. This is a complete joy to read and it has one of the best sex scenes I’ve read in a while.

We Are Young (I’ll Carry You Home Tonight)
Harry and Draco have been falling into bed on and off again since the last election five years ago, much to the amusement—and financial gain—of their circle of friends. But when Harry agrees to work with Draco to put Kingsley Shacklebolt into the Minister’s office, they can’t work side-by-side again every day and sleep together; that would be courting disaster. Wouldn’t it?
Personal Comment: Everyone has read a fic by this author. She’s a phenomenal talent in the H/D fandom. This is an enjoyable story but a very adult one. We are taken into a realistic world of wizarding politics - equipped with scandals, political factions & campaigning. Anyone with an interest in politics will appreciate the depth of detail and creativity that has gone into this. The cast of characters are brilliant to read and add a richness to the story. Most notably is the well-handled relationship between Harry and Draco that is complex yet beautiful.
